DHANUSH NEXT IS A POLTICAL THRILLER

We had earlier reported that dhanush will be playing dual roles for the first time in his career in his next film, which will be directed by kaaki sattai director senthilkumar. the actor confirmed the news of his micro blogging page and revealed that actress shamilee will be the heroine.

Now a source tells us the film will have another heroines as well and the makers are talking to lakshmi menon for the role.Dhanush plays two brothers in the film. the elder brother is a poltician while the younger one is a local boy shamilee is paired opposite the younger brother.

For the politician pair,the team had initally apporaced vidya balan.but she couldnt accept the film because of date issues now they are trying to rope in lakshmi menon for the role. tells our source.

The source adds that the film will be a poltical thriller and a few bollowood actors are being considered for the villains role.the shoot of the film will start in october and the team is planning to wrap up the shoot by december so that dhanush can move on to vetri maaran vadachennai, which is schedule to start in january

LADY QUEEN NAYANTHARA HASN”T ASKED FOR MONEY

Idhu namma aalu, starring simbu and nayanthara, landed into a fresh controversy recently when T.rajendar complained to nadigar sangam about nayanthara for not giving dates for shooting a song . it was reported that she had demanded her balance payment as well.

The director of the film ,pandiraj ,clarifies, the film is actually ready and can be released even next week. simbu and tr sir wanted a kuthu song to be shot on the lines of Yammadi aathadi and  the wanted  T.r simbu kuralarasan and nayanthara to be featured in it.

I told them that the script does not demand such a song ,but still i’m a producers director and if a folk song will help market the film, I will shoot it in my style .they  agreed to this condition and had asked nayan for dates again in order to shoot this song.

She had in the in the past already given eight times for the shoot however they were cancelled each time, as the song  was not ready to my knowledge even though her payment is out standing nayanthara hasnt asked for it.

Instead she has said that she doesn’t even want the money but wants the film to be released soon as she belives in the story she completed her portoins in just 25days by being prompt.mean while a source close to the actress says nayan informed the nadihar sangam that she cannot give any more dates and doesnt even want the mone.all she wants is for the film to be released

The latest we hear about anushka and arya upcoming film inji iduppazhagi is that the team has recently shot an intersting sequence in the film. this sequence is inspired by the song.

THEATRE OWNERS RED CARDED ACTOR VISHAL PAAYUM PULI

The Tamil Nadu Theatre Owners Association on Thursday red-carded actor Vishal Krishna Reddy-starrer Tamil actioner “Paayum Puli” thereby stalling its release in cinemas which was scheduled for September 4.

The release of “Paayum Puli” is being stalled because its producers Vendhar Movies, who distributed Rajinikanth-starrer “Lingaa”, are yet to settle the losses incurred by that film, a theatre owners association member said.

“Only half of the promised settlement has reached the distributors of ‘Lingaa’. Rajinikanth and the film’s producer Rockline Venkatesh managed to settle the loss, but distributors from North and South Arcot, Chengalpet and Trichy are yet to receive the compensation,” the member from the theatre owners association told.

To help Vendhar Movies in this regard, the Tamil Film Producers Council has taken the matter into its hands.

“If the exhibitors association doesn’t withdraw the red card immediately, the matter will be brought to the notice of Tamil Nadu state government to resolve the issue in a democratic way,” read a statement from TFPC.

“Paayum Puli”, which is directed by Suseenthiran, also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Harish Uthaman and Aishwarya Dutta in important roles.
