Thala 56 has released the mass first look of the film along with the title, Vedalam. Apparently, Vedalam is Ajith’s nick name in the film and he will be seen as a majestic don, which will be revealed in the flashback.
Though there are rumors that Ajith will be seen in a dual role, one is an innocent guy and the other is a ruthless gangster, an official confirmation is awaited.
Directed by Siva, the film has music by Anirudh Ravichander and the audio launch will be happening on October 16. Mean time, taser of Vedalam will be released on October 8 and an official announcement will be out soon.Vedalam has Shruthi Haasan playing a lawyer and Lakshmi Menon will be seen as Thala Ajith’s sister in the film. Vedalam is scheduled to release on Diwali day.
