DHANUSH CLASH TO SIMBU X LOVER

Previously it was reported that there were some issues between director Vignesh Shivan of‘Poda Podi’ fame and actor producer Dhanush during the shooting of ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ because of delay in canning the climax. Some even stated that queen bee Nayantara offered to pay for the additional costs to avoid tiffs.

However during a recent interaction actor Dhanush brushed it off as rumors. ‘We had a little issue with budget overshoot towards the end. But, Nayanthara did not spend anything to wrap up the film. It was all us’, he added.

Meanwhile our favorite actor is gearing up for the release of ‘Thangamagan’ .

UDHAYANIDHI COMBINES WITH DHANUSH FOR THE FIRST TIME

Even though the Dhanush film,Maari which was released some months did successful trade, the film was mentioned in the reviews as average only. As such he is struggling hard to make his film Thangamagan with his VIP hit team succeed.

Teaser of the film whose fans look came out recently is to be released soon. The likely date is to be reported to be on Dec 18. On the same date only, the film Geethy of Udayanidhi by MaanKarathey Director Shri.Kumaran is also coming out in which Satyaraj has acted as Udayanidhi’s father..

DHANUSH MOVIE THANGA MAHAN AUDION ON NOV-27

Dhanush’s upcoming film ‘Thanga Magan’ was wrapped up recently. His fans have been waiting eagerly for the film. Reports suggest that the makers will unveil the trailer of the of the flick soon. Meanwhile, Speculations are rife that the Velraj directorial will have some great songs composed by young music sensation Anirudh and the album will be melody driven.

It is being said that the audio of the film will be unveiled by the makers on 27th of November. Samantha and Amy Jackson will be playing the female leads in the flick and the film is to hit the screens on 18th of December.

DHANUSH MOVIE IN QUEVE

Even if their films obtain great success, the popular actors generally commit their next film after completing the previous one. This culture is followed by stars like Rajini, Ajith, Vijay and Surya. Actor Kamal, who was in this category, has increased his speed recently. Totally, there are three films belonged to him are going to be released this year and he is active in committing next films also.

At present, Actor Dhanush is in high speed and overtaking all. According to the news, presently, he has 7 films in his hand. Among them, he had completed two and committed for other five. The film ‘VIP’ brought new light for the carrier of Dhanush. Now, the second part of ‘VIP’, directed by Velraj is in row to release.

They have changed the name of this film as ‘Thangamagan’ instead ‘VIP 2′. Dhanush also had made out of his work in the character of Poochiyappan in Prabhu Salaman’s film. They have planned to release ‘Thangamagan’ next month. Following this, Prabu Salaman film will appear on screen within few months.

AFTER THANGAMAGAN SAMANTHA DHANUSH JOIN VETRIMARAN MOVIE

Thanga Magan , is once sharing the screen space with Dhanush. The film to be directed by Vetrimaaran has been titled ‘Vada Chennai’ and it will be made in two parts.

According to sources, the ‘Neethane En Ponvasantham’ and ‘Kaththi’ girl will be doing the role of a slum girl in the movie and she will do proper homework for the character before she starts shooting for the movie.

The film is expected to hit the floors from early next year. It is said that both Dhanush and Samantha have allotted bulk dates for the movie, which will be shot for at least 200 days in slum areas of the city.

Santhosh Narayanan will be composing the music for the film, which is to be jointly produced by Dhanush and Vetrimaran. At present, Samantha is shooting for Vijay’s 59th movie and other projects.

PREMAM REMAKE DHANUSH OPEN TALK

The media platforms were rife with rumors that Actor Dhanush is funding the remake of the Malayalam blockbuster ‘Premam’ and that his talented wife, Aishwarya Dhanush is directing the same. However during the recently held press interaction, Actor Dhanush denied such rumors and stated that he doesn’t own the rights for its remake.

Some even state that Actor Vijay Sethupathi will be taking care of the remake instead of Actor Dhanush. Looks like most of it is left to guesses till we receive an official confirmation!

DHANUSH INSULTING CABLE OPERATORS?

Actor,producer Dhanush was in a controversy for him smoking in his earlier movie Velai Illa Pattadhari. Now once again, he is in the news for the wrong reasons. The Tamil Nadu Cable Operators’ General Welfare Association lashed out at him.

For allegedly demeaning them in the Tata Sky DTH advertisement. The ad goes like this  Dhanush says ‘Switch to Tata Sky to pay only on those days when you watch TV, unlike the cable operators who take money as a lump sum’.

G. Dhamodharan, state general secretary of the association, said they strongly condemn Dhanush for insulting cable operators in an advertisement for a DTH company.

They also said the actor needs to apologise to all operators and added that if he failed to do so, they would protest in front of his residence and office. The association has also requested to immediately ban the ad. Dhamodharan said the South Indian Artistes Association should initiate action against Dhanush for being part of such a publicity campaign.

THANGAMAGAN MOVIE AUDIO RIGHTS SONY HAS ACQUIRED

DHANUSH AND UDHAYANIDHI CLASH

When two big films clash at the box office, it divides audiences and splits revenues for both. This has happened many times in  right from the 80s. The buzz is that the Dhanush-starrer Thanga Magan, directed by Velraj and Gethu starring Udhayanidhi in the lead, helmed by Thirukumaranwill hit the screens on the same day December 18

Interestingly, Amy Jackson play the female leads in both the movies, while Samantha will also be seen in Thanga Magan. It’s heard that the makers of two movies are eyeing a release on the same day.

And as per the trade experts, both the films enjoy good hype. They opine that one film’s release won’t affect the other one as long as it has content to satisfy the movie goers.

Earlier, there were reports that Vishal’s Kathakali, which is being directed by Pandiraj, too may hit screens on the same day. However, the actor was busy with Nadigar Sangam elections, and a source says that it would be difficult for the film to hit the marquee on December 18.
