Thanga Magan , is once sharing the screen space with Dhanush. The film to be directed by Vetrimaaran has been titled ‘Vada Chennai’ and it will be made in two parts.
According to sources, the ‘Neethane En Ponvasantham’ and ‘Kaththi’ girl will be doing the role of a slum girl in the movie and she will do proper homework for the character before she starts shooting for the movie.
The film is expected to hit the floors from early next year. It is said that both Dhanush and Samantha have allotted bulk dates for the movie, which will be shot for at least 200 days in slum areas of the city.
Santhosh Narayanan will be composing the music for the film, which is to be jointly produced by Dhanush and Vetrimaran. At present, Samantha is shooting for Vijay’s 59th movie and other projects.
